3. Prohibited Uses

Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

Hacking, cracking, or exploiting security vulnerabilities

3.3 Fraud and Scams

Phishing, credential harvesting, or social engineering attacks
Financial fraud, identity theft, or account takeover attempts
Click fraud or ad fraud schemes

3.4 Spam and Unsolicited Communications

Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
Automated posting to forums, social media, or review sites
Harassment, stalking, or threatening communications

3.5 Intellectual Property Violations

Copyright infringement or piracy
Trademark or patent infringement
Scraping content behind paywalls or login-protected areas

3.6 Service Abuse

Exceeding bandwidth or connection limits
Reselling or redistributing proxy access
Using proxies to bypass rate limits or access controls

4. Rate Limits and Fair Use

To ensure fair access for all users and protect our infrastructure, we implement the following rate limits:

Maximum simultaneous connections per account

Monthly data transfer limits by plan

Request Rate

Maximum requests per minute

IP Rotation

Controlled rotation to prevent abuse

Accounts that consistently exceed these limits may be throttled or suspended. Contact support if you need higher limits for legitimate business use.

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

InfinitySync actively monitors network traffic for compliance with this policy. While we do not log your browsing activity, we do monitor for:

  • Reports from third parties regarding abuse

Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination without notice, and we may report serious violations to appropriate authorities.

If you believe someone is using InfinitySync services in violation of this policy, please report the abuse to us. Include as much detail as possible:
