IN NO EVENT SHALL INFINITYSYNC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO INFINITYSYNC IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

YOU AND INFINITYSYNC AGREE TO WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO RESOLVE DISPUTES THROUGH INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION ONLY.
