Refund Policy

Important Notice

Due to the nature of proxy infrastructure services, most payments are non-refundable once service access has been provided. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Refund Policy

InfinitySync operates a no-refund policy for most services once access has been granted. This is due to the perishable nature of bandwidth and the infrastructure costs associated with maintaining our proxy network.

However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in specific situations outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

2.1 Service Unavailability

If our services are unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to infrastructure failure on our end, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the downtime period.

2.2 Billing Errors

If you were charged incorrectly due to a billing error, we will refund the overcharged amount. Please contact us within 14 days of the charge.

2.3 Duplicate Payments

If you accidentally make duplicate payments for the same service, we will refund one of the payments. Please provide transaction details for both payments.

2.4 Fraudulent Transactions

If a payment was made from your account without your authorization, we will investigate and refund the transaction upon verification of fraud.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following circumstances:

Change of mind or no longer needing the service
Partial usage of purchased bandwidth
Inability to use the service due to technical issues on your end
Account termination due to policy violations
Requests made after 14 days from the payment date
Unused bandwidth after 7 days from purchase

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following information:

1 Your account username or email address
2 Transaction hash (for USDT payments)
3 Date and amount of the payment
4 Detailed reason for the refund request
5 USDT wallet address for refund (if approved)

5. Refund Processing

Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

Refunds will be issued in USDT (TRC-20) to the wallet address you provide. We are not responsible for transaction fees or exchange rate fluctuations.

6. Chargebacks

Since all payments are processed in cryptocurrency (USDT), traditional chargebacks are not possible. However, we treat fraudulent refund claims seriously.

If we determine that a refund claim is fraudulent or made in bad faith:

  • Your account will be permanently terminated
  • You will be banned from future use of our services
  • We reserve the right to pursue legal action

False refund claims constitute fraud and may be reported to relevant authorities.

7. Dispute Resolution

If your refund request is denied and you wish to dispute the decision:

  1. Submit a written appeal with additional evidence
  2. Our management team will review the appeal
  3. Final decisions are made within 10 business days

All decisions regarding refunds are at the sole discretion of InfinitySync and are final.

8. Policy Modifications

InfinitySync reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Continued use of our services after changes to this policy constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
